This is the GX Vane (Part #192109G) .

Think of it like a piston in an engine, but instead of moving up and down, it slides in and out. As the rotor spins, the vane is pushed outward by springs and centrifugal force. It glides along the inside of the pump’s cylinder, trapping gas and pushing it out of the pump. Vanes are wear items. Over thousands of hours of operation, they gradually wear down . Replacing them is a normal part of keeping your pump healthy.The UNO series pumps are single-stage, while the DUO series pumps are two-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pumps. Both are built for reliable performance in labs and industrial settings. The 1.5 models are among their smaller, more compact designs.

GX is a high-strength composite material. It is a G11 fiberglass composite laminate made from continuous filament glass cloth with an epoxy resin binder. This material offers:

• Thermal stability: It holds its shape even at higher temperatures .
