This is the official Busch O-Ring made of Viton material, sized 24 mm x 3 mm (Part #PL23970115). It is a direct replacement sealing ring used in multiple vacuum pump brands. This O-ring fits Busch Panda WV250B, WV250C, WV500B, WV500C models, as well as Leybold Ruvac WA/WAU series pumps. It creates a tight seal between mating surfaces to prevent leaks.

This o-ring has a 24 mm inner diameter and a 3 mm cross-section. That means the rubber ring itself is 3 mm thick .
These dimensions matter. Even 0.5 mm off and the ring will not seal properly.
This o-ring fits many pumps from two major brands: Busch and Leybold .
