We put together every single part you need. No running around looking for missing pieces. Here is what you get :

The Heart – GX Vanes (3 pieces)
These are the most important parts of your pump. The GX vanes are made from a strong G11 fiberglass composite material . They are very strong. They do not soak up moisture. They handle heat well and last a long time.

The Filters – Two Exhaust Filters with Silencer (251 mm)
A clean filter lets your pump breathe properly. This kit includes two complete exhaust filters (251 mm long) with built-in silencers . The 0063C and 0063E pumps use two exhaust filters because they are larger pumps. The silencer makes your pump run much quieter.

The Oil Filter and Baffle Strainer
You also get a new oil filter to keep your pump oil clean . Plus a baffle strainer that catches large particles before they enter the pump – an extra layer of protection for your pump’s internal parts.

The Seals – Shaft Seals (2 pieces)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. Both are made of Viton rubber. Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well. The size is 30 mm inner diameter, 42 mm outer diameter, and 6 mm thick .

The Bearings
You get two needle bearings and two bearing sleeves . These keep your pump spinning smoothly and quietly.

The Gaskets
We include a full set of gaskets:

• Two cylinder gaskets – seal the pump cylinder

• Ring gaskets – some are copper, some are standard

• Oil sight glass gasket

• Exhaust and service gaskets

The O-rings (8+ pieces)
We include many Viton O-rings in different sizes – 128 x 3 mm (2 pieces), 44 x 3 mm (1 piece), 35 x 4 mm (2 pieces), 22 x 2 mm (1 piece), and more .

The Valves and Hardware

• Two exhaust valves – made of Viton rubber

• One oil drain plug – nylon, 1/2 inch size

• One oil sight glass – lets you check oil level and condition

• Four threaded taper pins

• Two M8 hex nuts

• One retaining ring
