Busch Gasket Kit – 0063C / 0063E / 0100C / 0100E Part# BGK004

We put together every seal and gasket your pump needs for a thorough service. Here is what you get :

Shaft Seals (2 pieces)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. Each seal is made of Viton rubber. It has an inner diameter of 30 mm, an outer diameter of 42 mm, and is 6 mm thick. Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well .

Cylinder Gaskets (2 pieces)
You get two cylinder gaskets (part# 48011200 and 480000150) . These flat gaskets seal the pump cylinder. No leaks mean better vacuum.

Viton O-rings (8+ pieces)
We include O-rings in several sizes, all made of Viton rubber :

• 128 x 3 mm (2 pieces) – fits many larger R5 pumps 

• 35 x 4 mm (2 pieces)

• 44 x 3 mm (1 piece)

• 22 x 2 mm (1 piece)

Ring Gaskets (6 pieces total)
These small gaskets seal tight at different connection points inside the pump :

• Ring gasket part# 48401700 (3 pieces) 

• Copper ring gasket part# 48402900 (2 pieces) – copper is soft and seals very well under pressure 

• Ring gasket part# 48403400 (1 piece) 

Other Gaskets (4 pieces)

• Gasket part# 48015000 (1 piece)

• Gasket part# 48015300 (1 piece)

• Gasket part# 480108718 (1 piece) – fits 0063C, 0063E, 0100C, 0100E models 

• Dowty seal part# 484130591 (1 piece) – a metal-rubber washer, Viton, size 27 x 35 x 2.3 mm 

Sight Glass and Gasket
You get a complete sight glass assembly (part# 500015PP) plus the sight glass gasket (part# 48023100) and a separate sight glass (part# 83623) . This lets you see how much oil is in the pump and if the oil is dirty.

Oil Drain Plug
A new nylon oil drain plug (part# 710000010) is included. Old plugs can crack and leak. This new one keeps the oil inside where it belongs .
