Busch R5 EVA CB 0250 B Overhaul Kit with GX Vanes – Part # 993115019

We put together every single part you need. No running around looking for missing pieces. Here is what you get :

The Heart – GX Vanes (3 pieces)
These are the most important parts of your pump. The GX vanes are made from a strong G11 fiberglass composite material . They are very strong. They do not soak up moisture. They handle heat well and last a long time.

The Seals – Shaft Seals (4 pieces)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. All four are made of Viton rubber. Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well . The 0250 B uses four shaft seals because it is a larger, two-stage pump.

The Bearings
You get two needle bearings and two sleeve bearings (race) . These keep your pump spinning smoothly and quietly.

The Gaskets
We include a full set of gaskets:

• Cylinder/Exhaust box gasket (part# 48010800)

• Cover plate gasket (part# 48014300)

• Oil sight glass gasket (part# 48023100)

• Oil fill plug gasket (part# 48210600)

• Various other gaskets (part# 48012300, 48012400, 48404000)

• Copper ring gasket (part# 48402900) – copper is soft and seals very well under pressure

The O-rings (10+ pieces)
We include many O-rings in different sizes, all made of Viton or silicone for high heat resistance :

• 35 x 4 mm (4 pieces, Viton)

• 186 x 3.5 mm (2 pieces, Viton)

• 87 x 3 mm (2 pieces, Viton)

• 4 x 330 mm long (1 piece, Silicone) – this is a long cord that you cut to size

• 22 x 2 mm (1 piece, Viton)

The Hardware

• Four threaded taper pins – hold the pump housing together securely

• Two M6 hex nuts

• One nylon oil drain plug (1/2 inch) – old plugs can crack and leak

• One oil sight glass and one sight glass assembly – lets you check oil level
