Filter Kit, Busch R5 0063C/E, 0100C/E/F – Metal End Cap & Silencer

We put everything you need in one box. No running around looking for missing parts. Here is what you get :

Two Exhaust Filters with Metal End Cap & Built-in Silencer (251 mm length)
These are the main parts of this kit. Each filter is 251 mm long. It has two big advantages. First, a strong metal end cap that lasts longer than plastic. It will not crack or break from heat and age. Second, a built-in silencer that makes your pump run much quieter . The 0063 and 0100 series pumps use two exhaust filters because they are larger pumps.

Oil Filter
Clean oil is the lifeblood of your vacuum pump. This oil filter removes dirt and tiny metal particles from the oil . Clean oil means your pump will last much longer.

Baffle Strainer
This special filter (part# 53701500) catches large particles before they enter the pump . It is an extra layer of protection for your pump’s internal parts.

Cylinder Gaskets (2 pieces)
These flat gaskets (part# 48011200) seal the pump cylinder . A good seal means no air leaks and better vacuum.

Oil Sight Glass and Assembly
You get a complete sight glass assembly (part# 500015PP) plus a separate sight glass (part# 83623) . This lets you see how much oil is in the pump. You can also check if the oil looks dirty or milky.

Oil Drain Plug
A new nylon oil drain plug (part# 710000010) is included . Old plugs can crack and leak. This new one keeps the oil inside where it belongs.

Dowty Seal (Viton)
This is a metal-rubber washer (part# 484130591) that seals the oil drain area tight . Made of Viton rubber which handles high heat and chemicals well.

Viton O-rings (3 pieces)
You get three Viton O-rings in different sizes:

• 35 x 4 mm (2 pieces, part# 48651200) 

• 22 x 2 mm (1 piece, part# 48650500
