Filter Kit, Busch R5 1000B/1600B – Metal End Cap & Silencer

Sixteen Exhaust Filters with Metal End Cap & Built-in Silencer (503 mm length)
These are the main parts of this kit. Each filter is 503 mm long – that is about 20 inches. It has two big advantages. First, a strong metal end cap that lasts longer than plastic. It will not crack or break from heat and age. Second, a built-in silencer that makes your pump run much quieter .

You might be surprised by the number – sixteen filters. That is correct. The 1000B and 1600B are very large pumps. They need sixteen exhaust filters to handle the massive airflow. This kit gives you all sixteen.

Two Oil Filters
Clean oil is the lifeblood of your vacuum pump. These oil filters (part# 53100500) remove dirt and tiny metal particles from the oil . Clean oil means your pump will last much longer.

Two Baffle Strainers
These special filters (part# 53704200) catch large particles before they enter the pump . They are an extra layer of protection for your pump’s internal parts.

All Necessary Gaskets
The kit includes all the gaskets you need :

• Cylinder/exhaust box gasket (1 piece, part# 48013200)

• Exhaust box cover gasket (2 pieces, part# 48013100)

• Valve housing/oil separator gasket (1 piece, part# 48025400)

• Oil sight glass gasket (1 piece, part# 48023100)

• Ring gasket (1 piece, part# 48406700)
