This FKM O-ring measures exactly 21.6 mm inner diameter with 2.4 mm thickness. It replaces Part #H02122042. This O-ring is used in Edwards DP series dry pumps and is included in official O-ring kits . The FKM material handles high heat and harsh chemicals better than standard rubber.

This O-ring is made from FKM material. You may also hear it called FPM, Viton®, or Fluoroelastomer . This is not standard rubber. FKM is a high-performance material built for tough jobs .
Here is what it can handle:
High temperatures – Works from -15°C to 200°C (5°F to 392°F)
Oils and fuels – Great resistance to mineral oils, diesel, and gasoline
Chemicals – Resists aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene) and chlorinated hydrocarbons
Weather and ozone – Will not crack from sunlight or ozone exposure
High vacuum – Excellent for vacuum pump applications
