This Viton O-ring measures exactly 20 mm inner diameter with 2.5 mm thickness. It replaces Part #320081. This is a standard metric size used in Edwards KF/NW flange assemblies and vacuum pumps . The Viton (FKM) material handles high heat up to 200°C and harsh chemicals better than standard rubber
