      A castor is a wheel that is mounted on a swivel. The wheel itself is round. The swivel lets the wheel turn in any direction. This makes it easy to move a heavy pump in tight spaces .

      Most castors also have a brake. The brake is a small lever on the side. You push it down with your foot. That locks the wheel. The pump stays in place.
