This is the official Busch Baffle Strainer (Part #537503047). It is a direct replacement part made for Busch R5 series vacuum pumps. This component fits the 0250C pump model. It does two jobs at once: it directs the flow of gases and also filters out harmful particles and debris .

This is the Viton O-ring, size 34 mm x 3 mm. It is part number 486516620. This ring fits several Busch R5 pump models including the 0160D, 0202D, 0250C, 0250D, 0302D, and 0160C . Made from tough Viton (FKM) rubber, it resists high heat and harsh chemicals. If your pump is leaking or losing vacuum, this small part makes a big difference. It is also included in major repair kits like BMK020 and BMKF016 .
