Four Exhaust Filters with O-Ring (376 mm length)
These are the main parts of this kit. Each filter is 376 mm long – that is about 15 inches. Each filter comes with an O-ring for a secure seal . These larger D-series pumps move more air than smaller models. They need four exhaust filters to handle their high airflow. This kit gives you all four.

Oil Filter
Clean oil is the lifeblood of your vacuum pump. This oil filter (part# 53100100) removes dirt and tiny metal particles from the oil. Clean oil means your pump will last much longer .

Baffle Strainer
This special filter (part# 537524514) catches large particles before they enter the pump. It is an extra layer of protection for your pump’s internal parts .

All Necessary Gaskets and O-Rings
The kit includes all the gaskets and O-rings you need for a complete filter change :

• Exhaust cover gasket (part# 300068) – 1 piece

• Sealing ring, fiber (part# 94806600000) – 1 piece

• Oil sight glass with seal (part# 76135) – 1 piece

• Oil sight glass gasket (part# 48023100) – 1 piece

• Oil drain plug (part# 710000010) – nylon, 1/2 inch

• Viton O-rings: 35 x 4 mm (4 pieces, part# 48651200), 22 x 2 mm (1 piece, part# 48650500), and 42 x 2 mm (4 pieces, part# 923031)
