Busch Gasket Kit – 0160B / 0250B Part# BGK005

This kit is made for two popular Busch pump models. It fits the R5 0160B and the R5 0250B . These pumps work hard every day. After many hours of use, their gaskets wear out.

This kit solves that problem. It comes with every gasket and seal you need. You will not have to buy anything extra.

Here is what you get inside this kit:

Main Gaskets:

• Cylinder / Exhaust Box Gasket (Part #48010800) – This seals where the cylinder meets the exhaust box .

• Cover Plate Gasket (Part #48014300)

• Two other gaskets (Part #48012300 and #48012400)

O-Rings (Viton/FKM):
These are strong rubber rings that resist heat and oil.

• Large O-ring, 186 x 3.5 mm (Part #48654300) – you get two of these 

• Medium O-ring, 87 x 3 mm (Part #48653100) – you get two of these

• Four smaller O-rings (Part #48651200)

• One O-ring (Part #48650500)

• One O-ring (Part #48652100)

• One O-ring (Part #48652600)

Ring Gaskets:

• Ring Gasket (Part #48403400)

• Ring Gasket (Part #48404000) – this one fits 0160B, 0250B, and 0160D models 

• Copper Ring Gasket (Part #48402900)

Shaft Seals and Plug Parts:

• Shaft Seal, Viton (Part #48701200) – you get four of these 

• Oil Drain Plug (Part #710000010) – one nylon plug

• Oil Fill Plug Gasket (Part #48210600) – seals the oil fill hole 

• Oil Sight Glass Gasket (Part #48023100) – stops leaks around the oil window 

• Long O-ring, 4 x 330 mm, Silicone (Part #482525646-330MM)
