It is an original OEM part. It fits exactly like the original.
This sleeve is an internal part. You will find it inside the pump on the rotating shaft. It is not something you replace during routine maintenance. But when you do a full overhaul, replacing the sleeve is very important.
You will find this sleeve inside the Overhaul Kit #994000100 for the Busch Panda WV2000C . That kit includes one coated sleeve (part #4604800) along with bearings, seals, and other parts.
