Filter Kit, Busch R5 0063B & 0100B – Metal End Cap & Silencer

We put everything you need in one box. No running around looking for missing parts. Here is what you get :

Two Exhaust Filters with Metal End Cap & Silencer (251 mm length)
These are the main parts of this kit. Each filter is 251 mm long and has a strong metal end cap and a built-in silencer . The metal end cap lasts longer than plastic ones. It does not crack or break over time. The built-in silencer makes your pump run much quieter . The 0063B and 0100B pumps use two exhaust filters because they are larger pumps .

Oil Filter
Clean oil is the lifeblood of your vacuum pump. This oil filter removes dirt and tiny metal particles from the oil . Clean oil means your pump will last much longer.

Baffle Strainer
This special filter catches large particles before they enter the pump . It is an extra layer of protection for your pump’s internal parts.

Cylinder Gaskets (2 pieces)
These flat gaskets seal the pump cylinder . A good seal means no air leaks and better vacuum.

Oil Sight Glass and Gasket
You get a complete sight glass assembly plus the sight glass gasket . This lets you see how much oil is in the pump. You can also check if the oil looks dirty or milky.

Oil Drain Plugs (2 pieces)
New nylon oil drain plugs are included . Old plugs can crack and leak. These new ones keep the oil inside where it belongs.

Dowty Seal (Viton)
This is a metal-rubber washer that seals the oil drain area tight . Made of Viton rubber which handles high heat and chemicals well.

Exhaust Gasket
One exhaust gasket seals the exhaust area . No leaks mean better vacuum and less noise.

O-ring (22 x 2 mm, Viton)
One small Viton O-ring for sealing other connection points
