This CFS ALUM 1.0L filter element (Part #18996) is a chemical oil filter cartridge for Leybold Trivac vacuum pumps. It fits BCS series models D16BCS, D25BCS, D40BCS, and D65BCS . The filter is filled with activated alumina, a special material that absorbs acids, water, and chemical contaminants from the pump’s oil. This keeps the oil clean and protects the pump from corrosion and wear .

      The CFS ALUM 1.0L element is the replacement cartridge for the CFS system. It fits inside a special aluminum filter housing that attaches to the pump .

      Fits these pump models exactly:

      • Leybold Trivac D16BCS

      • Leybold Trivac D25BCS

      • Leybold Trivac D40BCS

      • Leybold Trivac D65BCS

      • This filter is a direct replacement for OEM part number 18996. It is also known as L0169  and WF Alu 4-65 . It is designed to fit your Leybold Trivac BCS pump’s CFS filter housing perfectly.
      • This filter element is also included in the CFS Oil Filter Repair Kit for Trivac D16BCS and D25BCS pumps (Part# 72024012) . If you are buying that kit, you do not need to purchase this element separately.
