The Major Overhaul Kit (Part #33801400-D0) is made for the Becker U Series U4.100D model. Think of it as a “rebuild in a box.” It contains over 30 different parts. Every single component is made to Becker’s original specifications.

The Important Moving Parts

• 3 Vanes (Part #90051200000): These slide in and out to create the vacuum. Old vanes wear down and lose their seal. New vanes restore full pumping power.

• 2 Ball Bearings (Part #90662200000): These keep the rotor spinning smooth and quiet. Worn bearings cause noise and vibration.

• 2 Shaft Seals (Part #90656000000): These stop oil from leaking out where the shaft comes out of the pump. Made of Viton rubber for a long life.

  All The Seals and Gaskets
  The kit includes every O-ring and sealing ring you will need. Copper sealing rings. Fiber gaskets. Buna O-rings. Viton O-rings. There is even a special oil tank cover gasket and a cover gasket. You will not have to reuse a single old seal.

  The Filters

  • 1 Exhaust Filter (Part #96541600000): Cleans the air before it leaves the pump.

  • 1 Coarse Separator (Part #50600026200): Catches larger particles and oil mist.

  • 1 Filter Cartridge (Part #84040207000): The main filter element for the U4.100D.

  Other Important Parts
  The kit also comes with a spider coupling (the rubber part that connects the motor to the pump), a float assembly for the oil return system, and several valve washers.
