Major Overhaul Kit – Pfeiffer Duo 20

This is a Level 3 Major Overhaul Kit. It contains all necessary components for professional reassembly after complete disassembly and cleaning of the pump .

Vanes & Hydraulic Components (The Heart of the Pump)
The kit includes the vanes for all stages, including rough stage vanes, medium stage vanes, a hydraulic vane, and the corresponding compression springs . A new hydraulic piston is also provided .

Valves & Plates (Control the Flow)
All critical valve components are included, such as the vacuum safety valve housing, valve plate, and cover, the gas ballast valve housing, exhaust valves, and various punched disks and valve plates .

Springs & Mechanical Parts
The kit contains all necessary springs for the pump, including compression springs for the vanes, a plate spring, and a compression spring for the over-pressure valve . Essential hardware like washers, circlips, and an operating fluid drain screw are also included.

Coupling & Drive Components
The major coupling parts are included, which for the M version will include the magnetic coupling components on the drive and pump side, the can, and the intermediate flange for the motor .

Seals, O-Rings, & Sight Glass
All required elastomer seals are provided in the kit to ensure a leak-tight assembly. This includes a comprehensive set of O-rings in various sizes and the gasket for the sight glass . A new sight glass is also included .

Filters, Feet, & Other Consumables
The overhaul kit also includes other essential wear parts such as the silencer nozzle, a strainer, rubber feet, and various sealing components
