The Heart – CF Vanes (3 pieces) – Carbon Fiber Wrapped
These are the most important parts of your pump. Our CF vanes are wrapped in carbon fiber . Carbon fiber is very strong and lightweight. It handles high heat without warping. It does not soak up moisture. And it lasts longer than standard vanes in tough applications.

The Seals – Shaft Seals (2 pieces)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. Both are made of Viton rubber. Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well.

The Bearings
You get two needle bearings and two sleeve bearings (race) . These keep your pump spinning smoothly and quietly.

The Gaskets
We include a full set of gaskets:

• Cylinder gaskets (2 pieces)

• Ring gaskets in different sizes (copper and standard)

• Oil sight glass gasket

• Service block gasket

The O-rings (10+ pieces)
We include many Viton O-rings in different sizes – 108 x 3 mm, 44 x 3 mm, 35 x 4 mm, 27 x 2.5 mm, and more . All are made of Viton rubber for long life.

The Screens and Strainers

• Inlet screen – flat

• Inlet screen – conical

• Baffle strainer – catches large particles before they enter the pump

The Valves and Hardware

• Exhaust valves (2 pieces) – made of Viton rubber

• Oil drain plug – nylon, 1/2 inch size

• Taper pins – threaded (4 pieces)
