Major Repair Kit with Oil pump Rotor, Leybold, Trivac, Part# 20040025KIT 20040025KIT

This is a Major Repair Kit. Leybold recommends major kits for complete repair or after three years of operation .

Here is the simple difference:

• Minor Kit (20040025MINOR) – Gives you O-rings, gaskets, shaft seals, and basic components. This is for light service. It stops small leaks .

• Major Kit (this one) – Gives you all of the above PLUS the oil pump rotor, GX vanes, and additional springs and valves. This is for a full rebuild .

If your pump has small leaks, a minor kit is fine. But if your pump has lost power or makes noise, you need a major kit with new vanes and the oil pump rotor.
