Mylar Gasket, Separator, Cyl

This gasket goes between the separator and the cylinder on certain Busch R5 pumps. The separator is the part that pulls oil out of the air before the air leaves the pump. The cylinder is where the rotor and vanes spin. The gasket seals the joint between these two important parts.

If that seal fails, you will have problems. Air can leak in. Oil can leak out. Your pump will lose vacuum power.

This gasket is made for two specific Busch pump models:

• Busch R5 RD0300A

• Busch R5 RD0360A

These are bigger, heavy-duty R5 pumps. They are used in industrial settings. They run packaging lines. They power meat packing machines. They work in woodworking and printing shops.
