O-Ring,FKM

This O-ring creates a tight seal inside your pump. When it gets old and hard, tiny leaks start. You might notice:

• Oil spots under the pump

• The pump takes longer to pull a vacuum

• Strange noises from the pump

Replacing this one small ring can fix all these problems. It is cheap insurance for your expensive vacuum pump.

Not all rubber is the same. Standard rubber (called NBR) works okay for basic jobs. But it can crack when it gets too hot .

This O-ring is made from FKM (also called Viton). Here is why FKM is better:

• Handles the heat: It works in temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) . Your pump gets hot during work. This ring stays strong.

• Fights chemicals: It resists oils, fuels, and solvents. These chemicals would destroy normal rubber .

• Lasts longer: FKM is tough. It resists wear and tear. You replace it less often.

• Low gas leakage: FKM is great for vacuum systems because it does not let gas pass through easily .
