This is an oil nozzle screw made for Leybold Sogevac vacuum pumps. It looks like a simple screw, but it has a tiny hole drilled through its center. That small hole is a jet. It sprays oil onto the pump bearings and internal parts to keep them lubricated and cool. If this part gets clogged or damaged, your pump can fail. It replaces OEM part number 400077. This screw fits pump models including SV200, SV300, and SV500
