This seal is built for the job. It’s made from Viton (FKM), a super-tough fluoroelastomer. Viton handles the heat inside a running pump. It also resists the pump oil and other chemicals. This means the seal lasts longer and performs better than ordinary rubber.
Replacing a worn shaft seal is key to pump maintenance. A good seal protects your pump’s performance and prevents messy oil leaks. This is the official Leybold part, so you know it will fit and work perfectly.

This seal kit is made for three Leybold Trivac C series pump models :
Leybold Trivac D30C
Leybold Trivac D40C
Leybold Trivac D60C
The Trivac C series are two-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pumps . They are widely used in laboratories, research facilities, and industrial applications. The D30C, D40C, and D60C models are the larger pumps in this series and use three-phase electric motors. The D30C has a pumping speed of 30 m³/h, the D40C has 40 m³/h, and the D60C has 60 m³/h.
