This is a Teflon coated sleeve for Rietschle V-VC series vacuum pumps. It fits the VC202 and VC303 models . The Teflon coating reduces friction and protects the rotor from wear.

      This sleeve has a Teflon coating. Teflon is very slippery. It has a low friction coefficient. That means the vanes can slide against the sleeve easily. Less friction means less heat and less wear.

      The Teflon coating also helps with:

      • Chemical resistance – It stands up to oils and process gases.

      • Smoother operation – The pump runs quieter.

      • Longer part life – The sleeve lasts longer than uncoated ones.
