This XLV rotor is specifically designed for three Edwards dry pump models :
Edwards DP40 (dry pumping system)
Edwards QDP40 (dry pumping system)
Edwards iQDP40 (dry pumping system)
These are compact, oil-free dry pumps. The QDP40 has a pumping speed of 30 CFM and achieves an ultimate pressure of 23 mTorr (0.023 mbar) . The iQDP40 offers the same performance but includes integrated electronics for monitoring and control .

Edwards recommends servicing the check valves every three months for best performance . This kit also fits the larger QDP80 and IQDP80 models .

This is an LV headplate. LV stands for Low Volume. Edwards designed different headplates for different stages of the pumping process. The LV headplate is used on the low vacuum side of the pump .

This Edwards LV Stator is a direct replacement part for Edwards DP40, QDP40, and IQDP40 dry vacuum pumps . It is the stationary component inside the LV (low vacuum) stage of your pump. If your pump is not working as well as it used to, replacing this stator can bring it back to full working condition.
