These are compact, oil-free dry pumps. They are part of the iQDP and QDP ranges from Edwards. The QDP40 has a pumping speed of 30 CFM and achieves an ultimate pressure of 23 mTorr (0.023 mbar) . The iQDP40 offers the same performance but includes integrated electronics for monitoring and control .
