This is a replacement Coupling Enclosure for Edwards EH2600 and EH4200 mechanical booster pumps. The “60Hz FF” designation means it is designed for 60 Hz motor speeds and has a Flat Face mounting. This heavy-duty metal housing covers the motor-to-pump coupling and holds the coupling-side oil reservoir.

The EH2600 and EH4200 are big pumps. They are used in demanding applications like vacuum distillation, steel degassing, and semiconductor processing . The EH2600 moves 3110 m³/h at 60 Hz . The EH4200 moves 4985 m³/h at 60 Hz . That is a lot of air.
These pumps run on either 50 Hz or 60 Hz power. The 60 Hz versions spin faster and move more air.
This Coupling Enclosure is specifically for the 60 Hz versions of these pumps.
