This is a replacement diaphragm for two specific Edwards Speedivalve models:
SP10 (NW10 flange size, 10mm bore)
SP16 (NW16 flange size, 16mm bore)
The “FKM” in the name tells you what material it is made of. FKM is fluorocarbon rubber. It is often called by the brand name Viton.

FKM has several good properties for vacuum applications .
Good chemical resistance: FKM resists many oils, fuels, and chemicals. It does not swell or break down as easily as standard rubber.
Good temperature range: FKM works well from about -10°C up to 200°C (14°F to 194°F) . That is good for many vacuum processes.
Low outgassing: In vacuum systems, outgassing is a problem. Materials release trapped gases. FKM has relatively low outgassing compared to many other rubbers.
Long life: FKM diaphragms last a long time in normal service.
