This is an Edwards OEM replacement diaphragm for SP25 and SP25K Speedivalves. It is made of Viton (FKM) fluoroelastomer. This flexible seal is the heart of the valve. It moves up and down to open and close the flow path. Replace a worn or leaking diaphragm to restore your valve to like-new performance.

Edwards Speedivalves are available in several bore sizes: 5, 10, 16, 25, and 40 mm . This diaphragm fits the SP25 and SP25K models.
The SP25 has NW25 flanges (also called KF25) . The valve body is made of aluminum alloy . The handwheel and bonnet are glass-reinforced plastic .
The complete valve is leak tight to better than 10⁻⁶ mbar·l/s at 1 bar differential . The mechanism is isolated from the system by the diaphragm. This makes the valve extremely rugged and tolerant of “dirty” systems .
