This is a Edwards replacement jacking foot kit. It comes as a pack of 4 feet (PK4). These are the small adjustable feet that screw into the bottom of your vacuum pump. They allow you to level the pump and keep it stable on the floor.

A jacking foot is a small but important part of your pump. It screws into the threaded holes on the bottom of the pump base . It usually has a rubber pad on the bottom .
Vacuum pumps need to be stable. They also need to be level. An unlevel pump can cause several problems:
Oil does not flow correctly to the bearings
The pump can vibrate excessively
The pump can move across the floor
Internal parts can wear out faster
