Busch R5 0630 B, Major Repair Kit with GX Vanes – Part # BMK023

The 0630B is a single-stage pump. It uses three vanes in the first pumping stage. That is what this kit includes .

The Seals – Shaft Seals (4 pieces)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. All four are made of Viton rubber (part# 48703200) . Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well. The 0630B uses four shaft seals because it is a larger pump.

The Bearings and Sleeves

• Needle Bearings (2 pieces, part# 47300900) – these keep your pump spinning smoothly 

• Bearing Sleeves (2 pieces, part# 47201000 and 47201100) – these protect the shaft where the bearings ride 

The Gaskets (10+ pieces)

• Cylinder/exhaust box gasket (part# 48011100) – seals the main pumping chamber

• Threaded taper pins (4 pieces, part# 43708000) – hold the pump housing together securely 

• Hex nuts (2 pieces, part# 42000700) – M8 size 

The Oil System Components

• Oil sight glass (part# 83623) and sight glass assembly (part# 500015PP) – lets you see oil level and condition 

• Oil drain plug (part# 710000010) – nylon, 1/2 inch. Old plugs can crack and leak
