The COUPLING BOSS FAN ASSEMBLIES is a replacement part set made for Edwards EH Series Mechanical Booster Pumps. This assembly includes both the coupling boss and the cooling fan. The coupling boss connects the motor to the pump drive. The fan attaches to the boss and keeps the coupling area cool during operation. If your pump runs hot or the drive feels loose, this assembly may need replacement. Get both parts together in one convenient set.

COUPLING BOSS FAN ASSEMBLIES
This is a two-part set:
Coupling Boss – This is the metal part that connects the motor shaft to the pump’s drive system. It transfers power from the motor to the rotors that do the pumping. Without a good coupling boss, the pump cannot turn properly.
Cooling Fan – This fan attaches directly to the coupling boss. As the pump motor spins, the fan spins too. It pulls cool air over the coupling area and the shaft seal reservoir . This keeps temperatures down where it matters most.
