This is a replacement Coupling Cover for Edwards EH2600 and EH4200 mechanical booster pumps. This is the large end cover on the coupling side of the pump. It houses the coupling mechanism and contains the oil reservoir. It is a heavy-duty metal casting made to OEM specifications.

The EH2600 and EH4200 are big pumps. They move huge volumes of air quickly . The EH4200 has a displacement of 4140 cubic meters per hour at 50 Hz . That is a lot of air moving through the pump every minute.
These pumps are used in demanding industrial applications like vacuum distillation, steel degassing, and semiconductor processing . They work hard. They run for years. But eventually, they need major service.
One of the largest parts on these pumps is the Coupling Cover.
