This coupling element connects the motor to the pump on Busch Panda models. It helps transfer power smoothly and quietly.

This small rubber part connects the motor shaft to the pump shaft. It acts like a shock absorber. It takes the twisting force from the motor and passes it to the pump. But it also soaks up small misalignments.
When the coupling element gets old, it hardens and cracks. Then the pump runs rough. The noise gets worse. If you ignore it, the metal parts can damage each other.
This coupling element fixes that problem.
