This Viton O-ring measures exactly 49.5 mm inner diameter with 3 mm thickness. It replaces Part #02122079 (cross-reference OV-1409) . This O-ring serves as the intake seal for Edwards QDP-40 and iQDP-40 dry pumps, fitting in the intake O-ring groove below the ISO-40 fitting . It is also compatible with Edwards A Series A07V pumps and is included in O-Ring Kit 40130300D80OR . The Viton (FKM) material handles high heat up to 200°C and harsh chemicals better than standard rubber.
