Gasket Kit – Busch 0063B / 0100B

We put together every seal and gasket your pump needs for a thorough service. Here is what you get :

Shaft Seals (2 pieces)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. Each seal is made of Viton rubber. It has an inner diameter of 30 mm, an outer diameter of 42 mm, and is 6 mm thick. Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well .

Viton O-rings (11 pieces total)
We include O-rings in several sizes, all made of Viton rubber :

• 35 x 4 mm (2 pieces)

• 128 x 3 mm (2 pieces)

• 45 x 2.5 mm (1 piece)

• 44 x 3 mm (1 piece)

• And more sizes like 22 x 2 mm, 65 x 3 mm, and 108 x 3 mm .

Ring Gaskets (14 pieces total)
These small gaskets seal tight at different connection points inside the pump :

• Ring gasket part# 48401400 (8 pieces)

• Ring gasket part# 48401700 (3 pieces)

• Ring gasket part# 48403400 (2 pieces)

• Copper ring gasket part# 48402900 (2 pieces) – copper is soft and seals very well under pressure

• Ring gasket part# 48406700 (1 piece)

Exhaust Gaskets (2 pieces)

• Exhaust gasket part# 48010500 (1 piece)

• Exhaust gasket part# 48011500 (1 piece)
  These seal the exhaust area. No leaks mean better vacuum.

Sight Glass and Gasket
You get a complete sight glass assembly (part# 500015PP) plus the sight glass gasket (part# 48023100) . This lets you see how much oil is in the pump and if the oil is dirty.

Oil Drain Plug
A new nylon oil drain plug (part# 710000010) is included. Old plugs can crack and leak. This new one keeps the oil inside where it belongs .

Other Gaskets
You also get a gasket part# 48221000 (1 piece) for other sealing points inside the pump
