Major Repair Kit with GX Vanes & Filters – Busch 0063B

We put together every single part you need. No running around looking for missing pieces. Here is what you get :

The Heart – GX Vanes (3 pieces)
These are the most important parts of your pump. The GX vanes are made from a high-quality G11 fiberglass composite laminate . This material is very strong. It has low moisture absorption. It offers high tensile strength. For standard industrial applications, GX vanes are a great choice.

The Filters – Exhaust Filters (2 pieces) with Metal End Caps (251 mm)
A clean filter lets your pump breathe properly. This kit includes two complete exhaust filters (251 mm long) with metal end caps . Metal end caps last longer than plastic ones. They do not crack or break over time. You also get a new oil filter (Part# 53100200) to keep your pump oil clean .

The Seals – Shaft Seals (2 pieces)
These stop oil from leaking out where the pump shaft comes out. Both are made of Viton rubber. Viton handles high heat and chemicals very well .

The Bearings
You get two needle bearings (Part# 47300400) and two bearing sleeves (Part# 47200600) . These keep your pump spinning smoothly and quietly.

The Gaskets
We include a full set of gaskets:

• Cylinder gaskets (2 pieces, Part# 48011200) – seal the pump cylinder

• Exhaust gaskets (Part# 48010500 and 48011500)

• Ring gaskets in different sizes – some are copper, some are standard

• Oil sight glass gasket (Part# 48023100)

• Dowty seal (Part# 484130591) – a metal-rubber washer for the oil drain area (Viton)

The O-rings (10+ pieces)
We include many Viton O-rings in different sizes – 128 x 3 mm (2 pieces), 44 x 3 mm (1 piece), 35 x 4 mm (2 pieces), 45 x 2.5 mm (1 piece), 22 x 2 mm (1 piece), and more .

The Valves and Hardware

• Oil drain plug – nylon, 1/2 inch size (Part# 710000010)
