Major Overhaul Kit – Pfeiffer Duo 65

This is a Level 3 Major Overhaul Kit. According to the kit description from Pfeiffer, it contains :

• Complete set of seals – All O-rings and gaskets for all assembly groups and subassemblies

• Wearing parts of the pumping system – Including GX vanes and springs

• Wearing parts of the valves – For the high vacuum safety valve and other valve systems

• Coupling spider – For connecting the motor to the pump

  Compatible Pump Models:

  • Pfeiffer DUO 65 (standard version with shaft seal) 

  • Pfeiffer DUOVANE 70 The vanes in this kit are made from GX material. GX is a high-strength fiberglass composite. Think of it like very tough plastic mixed with glass fibers.
