Major Repair Kit – Kinney KMBD 1600 – Slinger Version

This is a complete major repair kit. It has almost everything you need for a full overhaul. Here is what is included :

Bearings:

• 2 roller bearings

• 1 single row ball bearing

• 2 double row ball bearings

These are the parts that let the rotors spin smoothly. Worn bearings cause noise and vibration.

Seals and O-rings:

• 1 mechanical seal

• 4 Viton O-rings (different sizes)

Viton is a special rubber. It handles high heat and resists chemicals better than regular rubber.

Timing Gear Components:

• Timing gear shims (many different thicknesses: 0.002″, 0.003″, 0.004″, 0.005″, 0.006″, 0.008″, 0.010″)

• 2 timing gear keys

These parts are critical for keeping the two rotors in sync. Proper timing is everything in a booster.

Hardware:

• Lock plates (small and large)

• Lock washers

• Screws and flat head screws

• Round plate
