This Viton O-ring measures exactly 139.5 mm inner diameter with 3 mm thickness. It replaces Part #02122097. This O-ring is used in Edwards DP series dry pumps and is included in official service kits. The Viton material handles high heat and harsh chemicals better than standard rubber.
