This FKM O-ring measures exactly 17.1 mm inner diameter with 1.6 mm thickness. It replaces Part #H02122015 (cross-reference OV-0171) . The FKM material handles high heat and harsh chemicals better than standard rubber. It is a common seal used in Edwards vacuum pumps and flange fittings.
