This Viton O-Ring (Part #320178) is a critical sealing component for your vacuum pump. It measures 18 mm (inner diameter) x 5.0 mm (cross section) . Made from Viton, a high-performance synthetic rubber, this O-ring creates a tight, reliable seal. It prevents leaks and keeps your vacuum pressure strong.

This O-ring is compatible with Pfeiffer, Welch, DUO, UNO, and CRVpro pump brands and families . It fits the Pfeiffer DUO 2.5, DUO 2.5C, DUO 1.6, DUO 3, DUO 5, DUO 5C, UNO 6, and Welch CRVpro 6 and CRVpro 8 pump models . If you are rebuilding your pump, this O-ring is a must-have part. In fact, it is included as a standard component in the Seal Kit for the DUO 6 / DUO 6M (Part # PSK010), where two of these O-rings are used .

      This is a Viton O-ring. Its part number is 320178 . An O-ring is a simple loop of elastic material. Its shape is a perfect circle. When you look at a cross-section, it looks like the letter “O”. That is where the name comes from.
