This is a pack of 5 metal sealing rings. Each ring has a 26.9 mm inner diameter and 31.6 mm outer diameter. It replaces Edwards Part #02115003. These are copper gaskets used for ConFlat (CF) vacuum flanges. They create a leak-tight seal for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) systems and handle very high temperatures.

These are not rubber. They are made of soft metal (specifically oxygen-free copper). When you tighten the flange bolts, the sharp “knife-edges” on the flange dig into this soft copper. The copper squishes (cold flows) to fill every tiny scratch on the metal surface . This creates a solid metal-to-metal seal.
