This Buna O-ring measures exactly 68 mm inner diameter with 3 mm thickness. It replaces Part #320426. This size is used as a piston O-ring in Edwards iL70 dry pumps  and as a gas-ballast valve seal on many vacuum pumps . The Buna-N (Nitrile) material offers great oil resistance at a fair price
