The Edwards SP10K is a manual inline isolation valve for your vacuum system. This version comes with a Nitrile (Buna-N) rubber diaphragm. It’s a rugged and simple valve. The turning mechanism is kept away from the vacuum by the diaphragm. This makes it work well even in “dirty” systems. It has KF10 (NW10) flanges on both ends. Easy to connect and use.

This is a small but important tool for any vacuum setup. The Edwards SP10K is a manual valve. You simply turn a knob to open or close your vacuum line. It is designed for nominal bore sizes of 10 mm.
It is called a diaphragm valve. Inside, a flexible rubber disc (the diaphragm) presses down onto a smooth metal seat to seal the line. When you turn the knob back, the disc lifts up and opens the path .
