This is a replacement Cooling Coil for Edwards EH2600 and EH4200 mechanical booster pumps.  This coil is part of the water cooling system. It keeps the pump at the right temperature during operation.

      The cooling coil is a metal tube that is mounted inside the pump. Cooling water flows through this tube. The heat from the pump transfers into the water. The water carries the heat away.

      The EH2600 and EH4200 pumps also have an after-cooler in the pump outlet. This helps reduce the exhaust gas and rotor temperature . The cooling coil is separate from that after-cooler.
