It works perfectly with Edwards dry pumps, rotary vane pumps, and booster pumps.This valve is bellows sealed . This is very important. It means there is no grease or oil inside the valve body. The bellows are made of AISI316L stainless steel . This keeps your vacuum clean. It is excellent for clean processes like semiconductor manufacturing and research.
